Products · Verified Impact & Reporting

Show what your actions actually changed.

Measure completed actions against your own utility and carbon data, keep planned, observed and verified results clearly apart, and share approved results in reports and public sustainability pages.

An observed change is evidence to review — not proof of cause. ErgOps keeps that distinction visible.

Frameworks and evidence

Three kinds of impact

Expected, observed and verified are not the same

Most reduction claims mix plans with outcomes. ErgOps keeps them separate.

What it isWhere it comes from
Expected impactWhat you planned to achieveYour estimate when you plan the action
Observed changeThe measured difference between a period before and a period after the actionYour utility readings, approved invoices or existing carbon calculations
Verified impactAn observed change that passed reviewConfirmed by an Organization Manager and frozen as a snapshot

Observation is not causation. Weather, production volume and other changes can also move the numbers. Normalization and a record of external events help reviewers judge the result.

What you get

From action to shared result

Before-and-after measurement

Choose the impact type and baseline method, set the periods and optionally normalize by production.

  • Electricity, natural gas, water, Scope 1, Scope 2 or approved utility cost
  • Previous period, same period last year, custom period or rolling average

Built-in review signals

Measurements that need attention are flagged instead of passing silently.

  • Collecting data, observed, needs review, verified or inconclusive
  • Overlapping claims from another action are detected
  • Confidence is shown only when data coverage is complete

Reports

Create a report from governed ErgOps results — a GHG inventory, a sustainability report, an ESRS / CSRD data report, a management ESG summary or a custom report.

  • Framework version, period and organizational boundary set up front
  • Disclosures without data are marked missing, not filled in

Public sustainability pages

Publish selected metrics on a web page — openly or through an expiring private link.

  • Snapshot or live data mode
  • Private links shown once, with expiry and revocation
  • Optional peer comparison, shown only with five or more peers

How it works

Four steps from action to evidence

01

Complete the action

Record the owner, facility and implementation date.

02

Measure

Compare a baseline period with a post-action period.

03

Verify

Review the measurement and freeze it when it meets the criteria.

04

Share

Use the result in reports and public pages.
